It is legal to buy and sell cannabis seeds in the US. All cannabis seeds are considered hemp seeds by law - The DEA does not consider cannabis seeds to be a Controlled Substance. Seeds contain less than .3% THC - obviously, the plant produces more. Seeds are sold as collector specimen seeds. It is up to you to know what your local laws are regarding germination.

F1 Strains stands for "first filial generation" and refers to the first generation of offspring from a cross between two different parents, usually distinct inbred lines (IBLs) under controlled conditions. F1 strains are more uniform in appearance and performance than open-pollinated plants. They typically have more vigor, which means they are healthier, yield more, and are more resistant to pests and diseases.

Seeds are packaged three (3) feminized seeds per pack. All Green Fox Farms seeds are hand selected and professionally packaged in moisture proof seed vials and individual heat sealed packages. Seeds packaged this way are usually viable for several years. Seeds do not need to be refrigerated.

For every 3-pack ordered, we send an additional seed or seeds. The more packs you order, the more free seeds will be shipped with your order. We try to match the same type you have ordered. For example, you order a traditional photperiod that is Indica dominant - your freebie will probably also be an Indica photoperiod seed. We cannot take requests or returns of Freebie seeds. Freebie seeds are labeled and packaged professionally.

We ship anywhere in the U.S. We ship discreetly using USPS Priority Mail - small flat rate box for $9.00 for seed protection. You will receive a tracking number once your package ships. We ship within 1-3 business days of your order. Orders over $99 are shipped free.

Local meetups are for Cash customers only in the ABQ area. Place your order here and select Offline (Cash) payment when checking out. You can also find our a selection of our seeds at all Pecos Valley Production dispensaries in the state of New Mexico as well as several other independent dispensaries.

Seeds from our breeders typically have a germination rate of 92% or better. We test every incoming lot and usually have a rate of 97% or better using our method outlined in our Germination Guide. We cannot guarantee germination or cultivation success. We cannot guarantee germination rates as we cannot control what the grower does to start seeds. We do however rigorously test our seeds both internally and externally to ensure our seeds have reliable germination rates. You should follow the instructions in our Germination Guide - failure to follow our recommendations may result in seeds failing to germinate or thrive. We also include free seed(s) with each order. At the discretion of our team, we may give you replacement seeds if yours don't germinate. You can only apply once per each paid order. Applications must be made within 30 days of purchase. Photographs will be required as part of the claim process. Our team reserves the right to deny claims for any reason. We do not replace Free Seeds. If your replacement request is approved, you will be sent an invoice for $9 to ship the replacements. Replacements will not be eligible for additional replacement requests. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. But, as always, please contact us if there is an issue.
