Green Fox Farms is proudly based based in Albuquerque, New Mexico since 2020 - determined to bring classic, strong genetics to home growers. We are an online seed bank owned by a military mom and a hippie guy that's been growing for 40 years!. We specialize in feminized seeds from top US based breeders and growers. Every seed variety we carry has been grown by us - we know they're awesome.

It is legal to buy and sell cannabis seeds in the US. All cannabis seeds are considered hemp seeds by law - The DEA does not consider cannabis seeds to be a Controlled Substance. Seeds contain less than .3% THC - obviously, the plant produces more. Seeds are sold as collector specimen seeds. It is up to you to know what your local laws are regarding germination.

We ship seeds anywhere in the U.S. We accept the following payment types through our website - Immediate payment with Debit/Credit Cards. We worked very hard for years to get all banking, credit card accounts in our business name - no holding or other companies. We are legitimate. You can also pay OFFLINE using Zelle, Venmo and CashApp. We can also send you a payment invoice after checkout if you wish. If you select Offline Payment, we will contact you to discuss. Texting us is easy and fast. We also accept Cash, Cashier's Checks and USPS Money Orders -- for mailing instructions, please call or text us at (505) 375 - 4700. We recommend Money Orders be sent through USPS with tracking for your peace of mind. Orders are shipped once payment clears. We do not accept personal checks.

Seeds are packaged three (3) feminized seeds per pack. All Green Fox Farms seeds are hand selected and professionally packaged in moisture proof seed vials and individual heat sealed packages. Seeds packaged this way are usually viable for several years. Seeds do not need to be refrigerated.

For every 3-pack ordered, we send an additional seed or seeds. The more packs you order, the more free seeds will be shipped with your order. We try to match the same type you have ordered. For example, you order a traditional photperiod that is Indica dominant - your freebie will probably also be an Indica photoperiod seed. We cannot take requests or returns of Freebie seeds. Freebie seeds are labeled and packaged professionally.

We ship anywhere in the U.S. We ship discreetly using USPS Priority Mail - flat rate box for $9.00 for seed protection. You will receive a tracking number once your package ships. We ship within 1-3 business days of your order. Orders over $99 are shipped free.

Local pickup is for Cash customers only. Select Offline (Cash) payment when checking out. Disregard any shipping fees - we will not charge you that at pickup. After we get your order, we will contact you to set up pickup. We usually do pickups on the weekends. TEXT us at (505) 375 - 4700 with questions.

Our store in ABQ is closed right now - landlord got religion and said we were selling "The Devil's Lettuce"!!, lol. Until we can find a new space, please order online where you can order from our full strain menu and see all the strain info. We do local pickups for cash customers on weekends. We will contact you after we get your order to set up the meetup if you are paying cash. You can also find our a selection of our seeds at all Pecos Valley Production dispensaries in the state of New Mexico as well as several other independent dispensaries.

Seeds from our breeders typically have a germination rate of 92% or better. We test every incoming lot and usually have a rate of 96% or better. We cannot guarantee germination or cultivation success. You should follow the instructions in our Germination Guide - failure to follow our recommendations may result in seeds failing to germinate or thrive. We also include free seed(s) with each order. We have had great success with each variety we carry. If you need assistance or are unhappy with your purchase please contact us - we want our customers to be happy!

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. But, as always, please contact us if there is an issue.
